I booked the design consult thinking it would be a real conversation about what I wanted, but it felt super rushed. The wording made it sound like they’d actually take time to listen and help with ideas, but I didn’t feel heard at all

My order from gemonediamond.com showed up packed good. The box was sturdy and there was plenty of padding around the item, so there wasn’t no damage or anything. I took one star off because the outside box looked a little beat up, but the inside was totally fine

I sent my ring to gemonediamond.com for a small repair, and getting everything started was straightforward. They answered my questions and made the process easy enough, so I felt good about it at first.

The repair itself turned out fine, and the ring looked good when I got it back. No issue with the actual work, but it definitely took longer than they originally told me, and I had to check in more than once to get updates.

Overall, it was an okay experience. Not bad, just not especially smooth either. I’d consider using them again, but only if I wasn’t on a tight timeline.

The stone I got looked nothing like what was described. it felt like no real person had actually checked the listing or compared it to the item. Disappointing overall.
